Yes. BetterSelf is free during beta — every feature, no credit card, no countdown. We'll tell you well in advance if any of that changes, and we'll never paywall safety features.
When will Pro launch?
We haven't set a date. The AI Wellness Coach is in active development and will roll out as a Pro feature once we're confident it's safe, helpful and worth charging for. Waitlist members will be first to know — and first to access it.
Will you ever charge for safety features?
No. Limits, cool-off periods, crisis support links and core spending awareness will always be free. That's a hard line. The Pro tier is for the AI coach and personalised insights — never the safety net.
